PML-N: No Plans for Revenge, States Ayaz Sadiq

During an event in Lahore, former National Assembly speaker Ayaz Sadiq emphasized that the PML-N party aims to engage with everyone, encouraging collective efforts for the country’s benefit.

He highlighted the party’s commitment to avoid the divisive approach witnessed from 2018 to 2022. PML-N leader Khawaja Saad Rafique echoed these sentiments, stating that the party will not respond to hatred similarly, as divisive politics has negative consequences for the country.

Rafique expressed the party’s readiness for a “grand national dialogue,” emphasizing its importance at the moment.

Despite initial reservations about forming a government in the Centre, Rafique mentioned the party’s decision to tackle challenges under its chosen prime minister. Regarding governance in Punjab, Rafique praised Maryam Nawaz, the PML-N’s nominee for the chief minister post, as the party’s shining star.
