Khloe Kardashian reveals how Kardashian-Jenner siblings divide expenses
LOS ANGELES: Reality television star Khloe Kardashian has revealed how the Kardashian-Jenner siblings manage shared expenses, offering a glimpse into the family’s approach to handling money while shopping together.
Speaking on a recent episode of her Khloe in Wonder Land podcast, Khloe opened up about the unspoken rule she follows with her sisters Kourtney Kardashian, Kim Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, and Kylie Jenner when it comes to splitting costs.
“Me and my sisters do not Venmo each other, but we always take turns,” Khloe said, explaining that the family avoids formal money transfers and instead rotates who pays the bill.
She added that there is never any expectation for one person to always cover expenses. “I would never go with one of my sisters and expect for them to always pay. We always rotate. It’s just never really a thing, because everyone’s really respectful with each other,” she said.
Khloe also shared a recent example involving her sister Kim Kardashian. She recalled paying for clothes for Kim’s children and her own kids, True and Tatum, during a school shopping trip for Spirit Fridays. The store only accepted cash, and Kim did not have any with her at the time.
“And she was like, ‘I’ll pay you back, just tell my business manager to get you the money,’” Khloe recalled. “And I’m like, ‘Kim, it’s fine. We’re good.’”
Although Khloe did not take the money back, she said Kim later returned the favour by paying for something else, reinforcing their mutual understanding about expenses.
“We’re always aware of someone else spending money. I think we’re, dare I say, normal in that regard,” Khloe said.
This is not the first time Khloe Kardashian has spoken about how her famous family manages finances. She previously revealed that the Kardashian-Jenner siblings split the cost of Christmas decorations each year for their annual holiday celebrations.
