The District Central Police in Karachi arrested a man who claimed to be part of the international secret group known as the illuminati. He was involved in serious crimes, as reported on Thursday.
The District Central Women Police conducted a raid at an apartment in Rizvia Society, Nazimabad, and arrested a man named Tahir. They also found his wife and four children there.
The Woman Station House Officer (SHO), Erum Amjad, stated that the arrested man claimed to be associated with the illuminati. In the initial investigation, he, who is a teacher by profession, admitted to receiving tasks via email. He was told to record videos of the tasks and send them back.
The police officer claimed that the man allegedly tortured his wife when given a task, causing injuries to her. Later, he was instructed to make a video involving his daughter.
The SHO revealed that Tahir continued to commit sexual harassment, torture, and other shameful acts on behalf of the secret organization.
A case has been filed against Tahir, and the police confiscated his laptop and other items from his apartment for further investigation.
