ISLAMABAD: Former Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Khurram Hameed Rokhri, criticized his party chairman, Imran Khan, calling him the “most cruel” person.
Rokhri accused Khan of targeting those who were trying to save the country and claimed that Khan had a destructive mindset.
Rokhri also alleged that Khan believed in theocracy and considered himself to have divine powers. He was addressing a press conference in Islamabad on Wednesday.
The PTI leader further accused Khan of having a cult-like appearance and believing himself to be an “Autaar.” Rokhri claimed that he was arrested in a corruption case and that a journalist had even called Khan a “Deota” or God.
Rokhri criticized Khan for not thanking the Foreign Office or Foreign Ministry for his successful visit to the United Nations and the US, despite their efforts in making the trip successful. He also alleged that Khan had failed to do anything for the youth during his almost four-year tenure, despite causing an obsession among them. Rokhri claimed that Khan’s recent tweet was evidence of his vindictive mood.
According to Rokhri, a gang comprising Shehzad Akbar, Azam Khan, and many others surrounded Khan, and Zulfi Bokhari, who accompanied Khan to the US, was busy striking deals with the son-in-law of former US President Trump. Rokhri stated that he had warned people not to give Khan power in 2018 and accused him of spoiling the youth and destroying the lives of women and children in the nation.
