The land parcel acquired by Suhana Khan is situated in Thal village, located in Alibaug, Raigad district. The agreement for sale was made with three sisters, Anjali Khote, Rekha Khote, and Priya Khote, who were the previous owners of the property. The land consists of three houses and other structures, covering a carpet area of 1,750 sq ft, 420 sq ft, and 48 sq ft, respectively.
Registration and Ownership:
The property was officially registered under the name of Déjà Vu Farm Pvt Ltd, indicating Suhana Khan’s ownership. The contract for the transaction was registered on 1 June 2023, solidifying the legal transfer of the property from the Khote sisters to Suhana Khan.
Stamp Duty and Financials:
As per the official documents, Suhana Khan paid a stamp duty of Rs 77.46 lakh for the property acquisition. This payment is a mandatory legal requirement in real estate transactions in India.
