Shahid Kapoor and Ali Abbas Zafar Join Forces for the Gripping Thriller “Bloody Daddy,” Premiering Exclusively on JioCinema

Shahid Kapoor, the lead actor, and Ali Abbas Zafar, the director, were present to showcase the intense dark thriller to the eager audience. Produced by Jyoti Deshpande, Sunir Kheterpal, Gaurav Bose, Himanshu Kishan Mehra, and Ali Abbas Zafar, “Bloody Daddy” marks JioCinema’s first direct-to-OTT film and is set to premiere exclusively on JioCinema on June 9.
“Bloody Daddy” promises to be a gripping and action-packed ride, filled with stylized sequences and an ensemble cast that includes Diana Penty, Sanjay Kapoor, Ronit Roy, and Rajeev Khandelwal in pivotal roles. With its digital release, this film is considered one of Bollywood’s biggest to embrace the evolving landscape of entertainment.
The story revolves around Sumair (Shahid Kapoor), who finds himself entangled in a web of deceit, crime, and danger as he confronts Gurugram’s white-collar drug lords, treacherous friends, a ruthless crime boss, corrupt and honest cops, and murderous narcs – all within the course of one fateful night. Set against the backdrop of a post-COVID party apocalypse, Sumair navigates this perilous new reality and stops at nothing to save the one relationship that truly matters to him.
