Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan, who is 81 years old, has been admitted to Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai’s Andheri West area. According to a source, he was treated for a clot in his leg, not for a heart condition. He had an angioplasty done on his leg. More information about his health is expected soon.
Before his hospitalization, Bachchan posted on Twitter, thanking everyone. He also shared a video from a recent event where he appeared with his son Abhishek Bachchan.
Earlier this year, Bachchan had surgery on his wrist. In January, he wrote on his blog about attending an event related to the ISPL. He mentioned explaining his wrist surgery to one of the event’s owners. Despite his health issues, Bachchan continued working on his upcoming projects.
