LAHORE: PML-N leader Javed Latif said that the Constitution was re-written to facilitate ‘Ladla” once again, pointing out that the idea of necessary was against the interest of the state.
Javed Latif said Nawaz Shraif despite being innocent was kept out of the election ring in 2018 and was punished without any crime.
He stated that Ladla [Imran Khan] was given the passage to take over the power in 2018 general elections.
He expressed these words while addressing a press conference in Lahore on Saturday.
The PML-N leader also came down hard upon the judiciary for what he said “selective use” of suo motu powers. He said that why the suo motu notice was not taken when the elections results were stolen and the RTS system failed.
He said why Imran Khan was not kept out of election ring and was being facilitated now again.
Javed Latif said that there was huge crises in the country.
He regretted that a new idea surfaced to facilitate Imran Khan, saying that his leadership was called thief, dacoit and given the title of Scillion mafia but Imran Khan despite being dishonest and corrupt was roaming freely in the country.
“What is this justice that my leadership is kept outside the rink and elections are conducted,” said Javed Latif while coming down hard upon the judiciary and the PTI Chairman.
He questioned that why “a leader” was not being kept away from the ring of the elections. He also raised a question that why the suo motu powers were not used when the RTS system failed. He also put another question as to why the suo motu powers were not used when they were arrested.
He asked as to why the notice was not taken when a ladlad was given power for four years and a letter was written to the international financial institutions.
Javed Latif said that Nawaz Sharif would stand against all these things including references against his party and the coalition government. He warned that the enemies of the country were very active. He said they wanted to damage the country and wanted it to accept such things which were not in its interests.
