Three Lives Lost in Karachi as Children and Rescuer Fall into Well

In a tragic incident in Karachi’s Garden West area, two children and a young man lost their lives after falling into a well near Fawara Chowk, reported on Sunday.

The police reported that the children, aged between 10 and 12, identified as Badar and Talha, were playing cricket when they accidentally fell into the well. A young man, who tried to save the children, also became trapped inside the well.

Upon receiving the information, local police and rescue teams rushed to the scene to rescue the trapped individuals. However, the rescue operation was difficult due to a lack of oxygen in the well. Rescue workers had to enter the well using oxygen masks and cylinders.

Despite their efforts, all three individuals could not be saved. The bodies of the two children and the young man were eventually recovered from the well.
