Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan was admitted to a hospital in Ahmedabad after suffering from a heat stroke. He had gone to Ahmedabad to watch the Indian Premier League (IPL) match between his team, Kolkata Knight Riders, and Sunrisers Hyderabad.
Sources reported that Shah Rukh Khan faced dehydration due to the high temperature of 45 degrees Celsius in Ahmedabad. Although his health is stable, he is under medical observation, and security has been tightened around the hospital.
Actress Juhi Chawla, a close friend of Shah Rukh Khan, visited him at the hospital. An official statement from the hospital is expected soon. Shah Rukh Khan, who co-owns Kolkata Knight Riders, celebrated his team’s victory by taking a lap of honor at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Accompanied by his children, Suhana Khan and AbRam Khan, he greeted the audience after KKR’s win over Sunrisers Hyderabad.
