Rapper AP Dhillon Addresses Shooting Incident Outside His Canadian Home

AP Dhillon has spoken out following a recent attack in which multiple gunshots were fired outside his residence in Canada. The incident occurred shortly after his collaboration with Bollywood superstar Salman Khan.

On Tuesday morning, Dhillon took to Instagram to assure his fans of his safety. In his Instagram story, the rapper wrote, “I’m safe. My people are safe. Thank you to everyone who reached out. Your support means everything. Peace and love to all.”

The attack reportedly took place outside Dhillon’s Vancouver home on Tuesday evening, with sources confirming that the shots were fired by members of Indian gangster Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang. The alleged reason behind the attack was Dhillon’s collaboration with Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt for the music video of his latest track, “Old Money.”

In a social media post, Rohit Godara, a member of the Bishnoi gang, claimed responsibility for the shooting. Godara also issued death threats to Dhillon, warning him to “stay within his limits” or face severe consequences. The threat implied that Dhillon could face a fate similar to that of a “dog’s death” if he did not comply.

This is not the first time the Bishnoi gang has targeted a high-profile figure. Earlier this year, two assailants fired five rounds outside Salman Khan’s residence in Bandra, Mumbai. One of the bullets landed on the balcony of his Galaxy apartment.

Lawrence Bishnoi has previously admitted to planning an attack on Salman Khan due to the actor’s involvement in the 1998 killing of a blackbuck, an animal considered sacred by the Bishnoi community.
