Drugs Found in US-Israeli Aid Flour Bags in Gaza: Shocking Discovery 2025

The Government Media Office in Gaza has sparked global outrage after announcing that prescription-strength Oxycodone pills were found hidden inside flour bags distributed as part of US and Israeli aid to Gaza. Local Palestinian residents say they discovered the powerful opioid tablets while preparing food from these aid supplies, raising fears that the flour itself may have been intentionally contaminated to spread addiction.

According to Gaza officials, at least four people have so far reported finding the addictive painkiller inside the aid flour sacks. Authorities are calling this a deliberate act of chemical warfare, accusing Israel of using drugs as a “soft weapon” to weaken the Palestinian population during one of the worst humanitarian crises in modern history.

The flour bags were supplied through four newly established aid centers in southern and central Gaza, operated by the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation with US and Israeli support. Eyewitnesses claim the aid points were guarded by Israeli forces and managed by US contractors, adding to suspicions of an orchestrated plan.

Health experts warn that Oxycodone, if consumed unknowingly, can cause dangerous side effects like hallucinations, respiratory distress, addiction, and even fatal overdoses — especially among children, elderly people, and those already suffering from poor health due to the ongoing blockade and bombardment.

Gaza’s Government Media Office has demanded an immediate international investigation and called on the UN and human rights groups to hold the Israeli occupation accountable for what they describe as a systematic crime and a violation of global humanitarian laws.

Local health officials have urged people to carefully inspect all aid products before use and to report any suspicious materials to authorities. Families are being asked to warn children not to consume aid food that looks or smells unusual and to stay vigilant as the humanitarian situation deteriorates.

The shocking discovery comes as Gaza continues to face severe food shortages, a collapsed health system, and relentless airstrikes that have killed over 56,000 Palestinians since October 2023. Many survivors rely entirely on international aid to feed their families, making this alleged tampering even more alarming.

International humanitarian organizations, including Doctors Without Borders (MSF) and UNRWA, have strongly condemned the reports, warning that contaminating aid supplies could amount to crimes against humanity. They are demanding independent inspections of all aid deliveries entering Gaza to ensure they do not pose a hidden threat to desperate families.

Human rights groups have urged the global community to hold Israel and any complicit partners responsible for weaponizing aid and using food as a tool of control and harm. With the early monsoon floods and widespread power cuts adding to Gaza’s misery, the need for safe, clean, and trustworthy aid has never been more critical.

Residents are advised to stay informed through trusted local news channels and to follow official safety instructions from local health authorities.
