CM Maryam Nawaz Allows The Use of Her Helicopter for Emergency Patient Transfers

The Chief Minister of Punjab, Maryam Nawaz, has given permission to use her official helicopter to quickly transfer patients in emergencies. This decision comes after incidents where people lost their lives because they couldn’t get to a hospital fast enough, especially in remote areas.

Maryam Nawaz is worried about people dying because they can’t reach hospitals on time. She said, “People lose their lives because they do not reach the hospitals on time.” She also mentioned the importance of getting accident victims to the hospital quickly, especially in far-off places.

The idea to use the chief minister’s helicopter for emergency patient transfers came after Maryam witnessed a person suffering from a heart attack at Sargodha Hospital. She was upset to see that the patient couldn’t get help on time. This motivated her to improve emergency medical services in Punjab.

Maryam Nawaz also announced plans to start Rescue 1122 services on motorways to improve emergency responses.

Additionally, she wants to introduce an air ambulance service in Punjab soon. This shows her commitment to providing fast and efficient medical help to those who need it. She mentioned that a detailed meeting was held to discuss the air ambulance project in Punjab, which will be launched soon.
