PM Shehbaz pays tribute to Aleem Dar for his outstanding umpiring career

Pakistan: Prime Minister of Pakistan Shehbaz Sharif expressed his tribute on his twitter handle for Aleem Dar, the Former ICC Elite Panel Umpire.

Pakistani umpire, Aleem Dar has resigned from the ICC Elite Panel of Umpires after record 435 international matches, where he served for a considerable period. He had a remarkable track record of officiating in numerous international cricket matches throughout his illustrious career. Aleem’s debut as an Elite Panel umpire was in 2002, and just a year later, he presided over the 2003 World Cup held in South Africa.

Today, in a tweet, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif expressed his admiration for Aleem Dar’s outstanding contributions to international cricket. The Prime Minister commended Aleem Dar for his impeccable umpiring skills in all formats of the game, which have garnered accolades from the global cricket community. Shehbaz Sharif also expressed Pakistan’s pride in Aleem Dar’s achievements.  

Prime Minister remarded that Aleem Dar’s flawless umpiring in all formats of the game has earned him praise from the cricketing world, and he has made Pakistan proud with his achievements.

Many other cricket official handles also tributed him for his outstanding services.
