PM Kakar Urges Overseas Pakistanis to Invest in Homeland

Interim Prime Minister Anwaarul Haq Kakar urged overseas Pakistanis on Tuesday to consider investing in their homeland, assuring them of strong government support and facilities. He stressed the administration’s commitment to prioritizing the rights of overseas Pakistanis.

In a meeting with a delegation of overseas Pakistanis led by Nouman Mustafa, the prime minister highlighted the pivotal role of legally and securely transferring payments from Pakistanis residing abroad for the country’s progress. The delegation was specifically encouraged to utilize the Roshan Digital Pakistan Account as a secure avenue for remittance transfers, with a focus on its potential to strengthen the national economy.

PM Kakar repeated the government’s dedication to safeguarding the investments and properties of overseas Pakistanis, emphasizing a zero-tolerance stance towards any negligence in this regard. He expressed the government’s firm commitment to creating a conducive environment for overseas Pakistanis to confidently invest in and contribute to the development of their homeland.
