Mianwali Police Thwart Terrorist Attack at Checkpost

The Punjab Police stopped a big attack by a group of 12 to 13 terrorists at the Qubul Khan checkpost in Mianwali on Monday morning. The attackers had powerful guns and wanted to cause trouble by attacking the border post.

The police said the terrorists started shooting heavily, which was very dangerous for the area. But the police acted quickly. “The police stopped the attack using smart planning and modern tools,” said a police spokesperson, praising the police for their quick actions.

Because of the intense fighting, the terrorists ran away. The police said they were searching for the attackers, with the district police officer personally leading the search.

The inspector general of Punjab Police praised the bravery and hard work of the officers at border police checkposts. He said they are like frontline soldiers fighting against terrorism.

“The officers at border police checkposts are like frontline soldiers against terrorism,” the IGP said, praising their courage and dedication in keeping the borders safe and citizens secure.

As the police keep investigating and making security stronger, they are staying alert and ready to stop any more threats to peace and safety in the region.
