Iqrar ul Hassan launches new political party Pakistan Awam Raj Tehreek
LAHORE: Renowned television anchorperson Iqrar ul Hassan on Thursday announced the launch of a new political party, marking his formal entry into Pakistan’s political landscape.
Addressing a press conference at the Lahore Press Club, Iqrar ul Hassan unveiled the name of his party as Pakistan Awam Raj Tehreek, saying the platform aims to bring meaningful political change and break away from traditional politics.
Speaking to journalists, Iqrar ul Hassan made it clear that he would never hold any government office or assume any official position, stressing that his role would remain limited to guiding the party’s vision and principles.
