In the footage, he can be seen splashing rainwater onto nearby vehicles and motorcyclists. The incident quickly garnered attention and drew condemnation from the public.

Commissioner Lahore Mohammad Ali Randhawa attributed the heavy rainfall to climate change and strong monsoon activity.
