FM Bilawal hopeful of stronger Pakistan-Iraq cooperation in future

Baghdad, Jun 5: Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari expressed optimism today, affirming that bilateral cooperation between Pakistan and Iraq would strengthen in the future. Addressing a joint press conference alongside his Iraqi counterpart, Dr. Fuad Hussein, Minister Zardari highlighted the enduring ties between the two countries, rooted in mutual support during times of need.

Pakistani Foreign Minister’s Visit to Iraq:

Minister Zardari, currently on a two-nation tour, arrived in Iraq following his visit to Jordan. During his three-day visit, he aimed to further strengthen ties between Pakistan and Iraq, with a particular focus on enhancing diplomatic relations and exploring opportunities for collaboration in various sectors.

Minister Zardari emphasized the significance of cultural and religious ties between Pakistan and Iraq.
