Lahore Qalandars skipper Shaheen Shah Afridi has been in the limelight since he helped his team to lift the Pakistan Super League (PSL) season eight trophy on Saturday.
Lahore Qalandars defeated the Multan Sultans by 1 run in the PSL final played at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore.
Afridi played a key role as he delivered with both bat and ball. He scored 44 runs and also picked up the four wickets during the Multan Sultans’ chase. Multan Sultans finished 199-8 while achieving the target of 201 runs. The Qalandars had also defeated the Sultans in last year´s final.
After winning the tournament, Shaheen Afridi and his wife Ansha Afridi posed for the camera with a glittering trophy. The couple’s picture has grabbed the attention of the netizens.
The couple be seen posing with the PSL 8 trophy at the Gaddafi Stadium where the Qalandars became the first team in PSL history to win retain the title.
Shaheen tied the knot with Ansha at a local mosque in Karachi on February 3 this year.
