Bahawalpur: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif castigated Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan, saying that “Niazi had always been about grandstanding and rhetoric,”.
Taking to Twitter, Shehbaz Sharif said, “The nation is justified in asking him about his dismal performance in office both at the federal & provincial levels,”.
The PM also said, “Today’s political, governance & economic challenges have their roots in his failed policies,”.
The reaction came after the PTI held a successful rally at Minar-e-Pakistan on Saturday night.
Earlier, the PM visited free flour distribution centers in Bahawalpur today and expressed satisfaction on the process of distribution.
The prime Minister issued directions to provide free flour to elderly and sick persons on priority basis. He also directed to provide two bags of flour to the deserving people to save them from repeated visits to the distribution centers.

On Saturday, Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif said that the government was taking every possible step to mitigate difficulties of poor segment of society during Ramadan.
Chairing a meeting in Lahore on Saturday, he directed concerned authorities to ensure provision of free flour to every eligible person.
He directed officials to ensure immediate registration of those eligible persons who are not getting free flour due to non-registration in Benazir Income Support Program.
He further directed to immediately establish counters of NADRA and BISP at free flour distribution points.
