On the 13th of April 2023, Osman Khalid Butt, a well-known Pakistani actor, writer, and director, shared on Twitter that his beloved father, Dr. Khalid Said Butt, had passed away peacefully. He informed his fans that his father’s funeral prayers, also known as Namaz-e-Janaza, would take place at 2:30 pm on Friday 14th of April 2023 at Khalid Masjid, Cavalry Ground Extension, Lahore.
